How to ensure you get a quality pencil portrait
Q: How long will it take to get my portrait?
A: Depending on the size and number of orders you can expect to receive your portrait within 7-10 business days.*
We will keep you updated on the progress of your hand drawn pencil portrait and notify you when it is shipped.
Q: How do I get my photos to you for my pencil portrait?
A: Many customers email their photos or send them by mail.
Q: What will my pencil portrait look like?
A: You will receive a mock up using the photos you submit to show you what your portrait will look like. Work will not begin until the image is approved.
Q: Can you combine different photos into one hand drawn picture?
A: Yes. You can even have a picture created by describing a scene you want. As long as there are images to use as a reference anything is possible.
Q: Can you remove the background when you draw the portrait?
A: Yes. I can remove the background, fly away hairs, or anything else you deem unsightly. If you really wanted I can draw your face on someone else’s body. I can also add a different background of your choice.
